Refunds & Returns
- Return or refund services are not required to be provided by the vendor under the Change of Mind Act.
- Excess goods return is not acceptable, quantities should be confirmed and verified by a tiler or contractor before placing an order.
- Exchange will only be accepted when approved by the vendor, no more than 7 days from invoice date.
- A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied for all accepted exchange goods, only store credit will be issued.
- Inspect all goods immediately upon receipt to verify, that no claim on broken or short product will be accepted after the delivery docket is signed.
- Stock will only be held for a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoice, $100 + GST storage fee will apply after 30 days.
- No claims are accepted after the purchased goods have been installed.
- No return or exchange for all clearance, sale items, or end-of-line goods.
- Original proof of purchase must be presented with all inquiries and warranties.
